Unable to fix error PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10)

    Hello,
    I can’t update Rank Math PRO plugin because of this error:

    PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10): Unable to find End of Central Dir Record signature

    I tried to fix it by following your guide: https://rankmath.com/kb/fix-pclzip-err-bad-format/
    But nothing changed. I also contacted the hosting provider, but they told me – related to point 1.3 of your guide – that we are utilizing less than half of the allocated inodes, so there aren’t problems of Storage space.

    Could you please help us in finding the problem and fix it? So that we will be able to upload the plugin.

    It seems that you’re currently using the Rank Math PRO plugin, but the account you have used to open this ticket is the Rank Math free version. Assuming you’ve purchased Rank Math PRO using a different email address.

    Can you please search and forward a receipt from FastSpring.com so we can locate your account and verify it?
