Do you have another plugin (or even your own theme) adding breadcrumbs to the page? Since it seems like the error could be due to that.

After checking it, as I suggested in my previous post, there was another plugin (or theme) adding breadcrumbs. It was your theme. I disabled it and now everything seems fine. Could you check it?
