Have you recently migrated to the server that you are using? There is an issue on your site that is preventing your old posts from updating which in turn is preventing Rank Math from generating the post meta data on the pages.
I have created a new page for you to test and see that the meta data is created when the post is published. Please find the link on the sensitive data section.
I would suggest that you get in touch with your host and check the server logs for the errors that are causing the pages from updating.

If you didn’t migrate recently or didn’t change your database recently, there could be an issue with your theme. We see you are using Schema on your inner posts where everything’s working but see you are using Thrive on the homepage where the meta isn’t working.
Can you please try and switch to Twenty Nineteen theme temporarily and see if the issue persists? We think the issue is coming from your theme but we could be wrong.
Can you please try and let us know? Or, if you want us to check it for you please let us know if we have your permission to deactivate your plugins and/or your theme temporarily.

Thanks for your reply, I have not changed the server recently or the database.
For post posts I am using the WP Bakery editor and I do not know if this is the cause of the problem because it is rare that this happens or some plugin that we installed recently because we have installed some.
I have a test site that is a copy of my site 3 days before today in which they can do the test they recommend, I share the access data in the sensitive data section.

This is a known issue when editing a page using the Thrive template. Our Development team has already fixed the issue and you’ll see the fix in the next update of the plugin.
For now, to fix it please replace below code in wp-content/plugins/seo-by-rank-math/includes/frontend/class-frontend.php on line 72:
replace
$this->action( 'template_redirect', 'integrations' );
with
$this->action( 'wp', 'integrations' );

Excellent news that for now give me a possible solution which I have implemented and I have not received the result but have insurance to update how it worked with this change in the file.
It is also great that you cotemplen this modification for the next update of the plugin.
As soon as I have information I update if the change for the home worked and the metadata is displayed correctly
