I tested with both Firefox and Chrome and after purging the cache in both browsers and also website cache. The problem is the same – the number in the Edit Snippet shows the max 75 chars if it is more than 75 chars. I tested with a new post and also by editing an existing post.
P.s. I am using this Classic Editor plugin since the start – https://github.com/WordPress/classic-editor/. I did not have this problem before but just to test, I have disabled the plugin and used the Block Editor to test – the outcome is even worst, the URL length stops at 31 chars even though I have maintained 95 chars.

Assuming you are using the latest version of all the plugins and the themes (please update if not yet), it would seem like a conflict with one of the plugins or the theme you are using.

Thanks for the updates. I had followed the troubleshooting steps and also the same flow as per https://i.rankmath.com/HuEZpk
And I found this:-
1. I keyed a very long URL (for 100 chars) without keying any keywords under the “Focus Keyword” field, the URL length is calculated correctly (showing as 100/75). Even when I adjust the URL to 110 chars, the computation is also adjusted correctly (110/75). ==> This is SAME as the test done by Alberto
2. BUT once I key-in a keyword in the Focus Keyword field at the bottom, I noticed the URL length indicator which earlier showed 100/75 changes defaults to just 75/75. It remains 75/75 even when I adjust the URL chars. When I delete the keyword at the Focus Keyword (leaving it blank), then the indicators goes back to show 100/75.
P.s. Before the above test scenarios – I also tested with other Classic Editor plugins like TinyMCE Advanced and I got the same error

We have released a Beta update that should fix the issue. Please follow these steps to update to the latest version and have the issue fixed:

0. Take a complete backup of your site
1. Go to Rank Math > Status & Tools > Version Control
2. Enable the Beta Tester Option from Beta Opt-in Box
4. Go to the Dashboard > Updates and update Rank Math to the latest beta version

Tested with 1.0.43-beta-2 – the error is still there. URL is 100 chars, URL count shows 100 chars. But once, I maintain keyword, the count automatically defaults to 75
