Redirections Not Working - Support

For a site installed in a subdirectory of such as /blog/wp-admin the redirects don’t seem to be working.

I’m sending you SSH private key: https://drive.google.com/file/d/17lyO6HuqPtYGnNfslPn9nViOYIxw1Jor/view?usp=sharing

You can log in to SFTP using this key and:
– username: bitnami
– host: 35.169.10.155

Folder with wordpress is ~/apps/wordpress/htdocs

To access phpMyAdmin please use instructions from https://docs.bitnami.com/aws/apps/wordpress/get-started/access-phpmyadmin/

Database credentials:
DB_NAME: bitnami_wordpress
DB_USER: bn_wordpress
DB_PASSWORD: d6ab501583
DB_HOST: localhost

A temporary fix has been implemented using Pretty Links but please diagnose the issue so we can remove Pretty Links and go back to using the Rank Math redirections Module.

Hello,

I see the issue on your site but I couldn’t reproduce it on my setup. The Redirection from the sub-directory installation is working fine for me. Here is a screencast: https://i.rankmath.com/MUz9j9

The Health check plugin is also not working on your site. Enabling troubleshooting mode creates infinite redirections.

Can you add your site’s FTP access in the Sensitive Data Section so we could check the issue by editing some files?
