I have the same issue and i can’t even run the setup wizard..
Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page.
When trying to run the setup wizard OR going to the settings page.. on a fresh RankMath Install..
I just tried on another website which took me to the rankmath login page and seems to work fine here..

Could you please launch the setup wizard by heading over to Admin > Plugins > Installed plugins and check if the same error is still reproduced?
If it is, please open a new ticket and share some temporary logins so that we can investigate this further.

I am having the same issue, I have installed from two different admin accounts, same results. RESOLVED!

Hi,
I have the same problem with my multisite. Out of 4 are 2 sites not possible for me to activate RankMath – i get the message Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page.
